Awesome centrally located apartment in PARC EMILY (Mt Emily) in Mount Emily Road, Central Singapore for sale

This is an awesome unit.
I'm currently a tenant living in this beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium in Parc Emily Condominium, situated in the Orchard area at Mt Emily.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to move back to Australia after being here less than 12 months. This means I am still obligated to remain in my apartment until December, unless I can find someone to take over my lease.
The landlady is lovely and has recently also had to move to Shanghai due to unforeseen events, and uses a gorgeous agent who is always willing to help no matter what time of day or night.
I wanted to assist the agent and landlord with trying to find a replacement tenant who can take over my lease. This means, depending on the date you move in, you will have until 23 August 2013 left on the lease, or you would also have the opportunity to renew the contract for a further period of one year as stipulated under the tenancy agreement.
All you have to do is pay the deposit to the landlady's agent and move in (deposit = 2 x month rent).
This would be the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE MOVING to Singapore for the first time, and who needs to find a place fully furnished. The unit would be suited to a professional couple, two single professionals, or a young family. Also, if you have a family pet you can simply move in without having to leave your pet in a kennel while you spend your weekends finding a pet friendly apartment.
The location and apartment is the best I could find in Singapore (I'm extremely picky).
Why you ask? Let me explain my top 20 reasons for choosing this apartment (I'm going to be very sad to leave):-
5 minute walk to Little India MRT.
8 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT.
A great Italian pizza restaurant (which do take away) over the road - awesome Italian owner with great staff.
A great Thai restaurant (which do take away) over the road - awesome owners who are friendly and you'll get to know well.
A great cafe making sandwich's, salads and coffee (which again, do take away) over the road.
A HANIS 24 hour cafe (cheap local/western food, bakery, drinks all  day and night), Starbucks, Korean restaurant and convenience store within 5 minutes (located in Wilkie Edge shopping/office complex).
Countless local and cheap restaurants within walking distance towards Dhoby Ghaut and Little India.
6 minute walk to Orchard Road.
A condominum with a tennis court; pool (as large as an olympic size, but with more charm); BBQ pits; countless car parks; toilet and shower facilities; gymnasium; common room for gatherings; friendly guards; children's play area and water play park; and plenty more.
Mt Emily Park is just behind Parc Emily Condominium - it's a hilly, gorgeous park with swings, running tracks and plenty of light during the evenings. It's the perfect hidden city treasure - you won't be bothered by noise or traffic, whilst the luxury of being close to the city is still possible. If you're into fitness and running, this is a perfect location. If you have a dog, this is the perfect place to take them for a daily stroll.
Hangout Mt Emily, which offers dining, entertainment and drinks from Tues - Sat. Again within 5 minute walking distance.
The apartment and condo is extremely quiet. The unit doesn't back onto any main roads (which again gives the condo a relaxed feel, without the noise of inner city traffic).
The walk home or out is always gorgeous down Niven Road - you can walk down a street filled with old shop houses filled with  galleries, fashion designers and photography studios.
The spacious master bedroom offers a special bay window with an area to relax and ponder over the gorgeous views.

A second bedroom over looking the gorgeous pool and outdoor areas.
A PET FRIENDLY UNIT - WITH LOTS OF OTHER DOGS IN THE CONDO!
A unit which can come fully furnished with everything you could possibly think of - just bring your suitcase and move in...or if you have your own furniture the unit can be emptied at your convenience.
